Aluminium Access Platform
Ausino Projects was engaged to complete the Aluminium Access Platform. This project would enable inspection and maintenance to our client’s critical Linkspan Bridge Pivot Trunnions.
Ausino Projects’ in-house Engineers designed this work to AS1657. This involved RPEQ certification and was modelled and detail drawn to AS1100. The fabrication team then manufactured and welded to the companies qualified weld procedures AS1665.
Post manufacture, the site crew completed installation in 3 days, working around tides, operational schedule, barge and crane requirements. All this completed to our developed SWMS, JSEA and EMP, with zero harm and to the highest quality. Final QA MDR was submitted 7 days before PC.
